Mindful Movement
Do you find it hard to calm yourself down when feeling heightened? Are you burning the candle at “all the ends” leaving you feeling a bit burned out? Maybe you are feeling pain from your tight and sore muscles. These all activate our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight anyone?) - which is exhausting.
Have you been interested in meditation for all it's benefits, but cannot, for the life of you sit still?
This class is for YOU!
Mindful Movement, is a non-yoga stretch class, which is accessible to all levels. These are functional movements that will calm your brain, just as in meditation, as well as help you manage your day-to-day physical activities with ease. We focus on slow gentle moving of the body and guided meditations.
Mindful Movement is taught by Becky Kukucka, a certified Stretch Therapy Practitioner.
Next Class: Thursday January 30th at 6:30PM

Stretching for Nervous System Wellness
Neurotransmitter Balance
Stretching may help regulate neurotransmitters, the chemicals that facilitate communication between nerve cells. This can contribute to overall nervous system health and well-being.
Increased Circulation
Stretching increases blood circulation to the muscles and nerves. This improved blood flow delivers essential nutrients and oxygen, promoting optimal nervous system function.
Chronic Tension
Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) is a safe and effective way to reduce chronic tension in your muscles and tissues. We work with you to identify areas of tension & create a personalized stretching plan to help you feel better and move more freely.
Joint Mobility
Improved mobility is one of the key benefits of stretch therapy. We work with you to increase your range of motion and improve your overall mobility and flexibility.
Stress Relief
Stress can have a major impact on your body, leading to tension and discomfort. Fascia stretch therapy can help you relax and release that tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Endorphins
Stretching releases endorphins, which are hormones that can improve mood and reduce pain
