Do you find it hard to calm yourself down when feeling heightened? Are you burning the candle at “all the ends” leaving you feeling a bit burned out? Maybe you are feeling pain from your tight and sore muscles. These all activate our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight anyone?) - which is exhausting.
Serenity Stretch, is a non-yoga stretch class, which is accessible to all levels. These are functional movements aimed at helping you manage your day-to-day activities with ease.
Serenity Stretch is taught by Becky Kukucka, a certified Stretch Therapy Practitioner.
